Give a little time,
make a big difference

Looking to volunteer in your local community?

Can you spare a few hours every week?

Volunteering at GRACE is an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Our team of volunteers is the beating heart of our charity and everyone who joins us brings something unique and worthwhile. No matter your background – student, job seeker, part-timer or retiree – there’s a place for you in our team.

Come and meet the team!

We run 30-minute introductory taster sessions so you can try volunteering.

We need volunteers to help sort out donations, collect donations (if you have a car, that’s even better), meet and greet customers, work the till, replenish the clothes rails and bric-a-brac shelves and help keep the shop running smoothly.

We pride ourselves at GRACE in providing every volunteer with training, skills and experience that are valued by many employers.

If you’re looking to get back into work, volunteering with us can be a great place to start.

Ideally, our volunteers are required to help out at the shop for at least 2 to 3 hours per

morning or afternoon shift - usually Monday to Friday, but Saturdays are also available.
