What's the session about? This will be an intimate, one-hour styling masterclass led by Ann. You will discover how the science of colour determines the specific shades that will light you up. You will see the magic in action, as we have fun together discovering whether warm or cool colours harmonise with *your* skin. Equipped with this knowledge, you will then have the chance to shop a specially-curated rail of high-end pieces hand-picked by Ann. You will also leave with a £15 discount voucher which can be redeemed against future services with Ann.

Who is running the session? GRACE has partnered with Ann Orton, the owner of House of Colour Blackheath and Lewisham who will be running the sessions throughout the afternoon. Ann gives people tried-and-tested, science-based tools to ensure they look and feel their best, every day. House of Colour is the No.1 personal styling franchise in the world.

Can I just turn up on the day? To ensure the event is enjoyable for all, places need to be pre-booked and are limited to four (4) participants per session.

Do I need to prepare at all beforehand? Please avoid using fake tan in the week before the event, and come without make up on the day. This is important so we can see your natural colouring.

Why are there no men's clothes? This session is focussed on women's clothing reflecting the full range of high quality items available at GRACE. Should the event be successful and if feedback is positive, we may consider holding further sessions focussing on men's style.

What if I need the loo? GRACE has toilet facilities on the premises. These are accessed by stairs. Should you have mobility issues or feel this may cause you difficulties please highlight this on the Zeffy form when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What if I want to explore what colours suit me further? Ann will be happy to discuss the services provided by House of Colour Blackheath & Lewisham with you in more detail. Don't forget that by booking onto the event, participants will receive a voucher worth £15 to redeem against future House of Colour Blackheath & Lewisham purchases.

Will there be a chance to purchase things? Yes, of course! We're biased but would like to think that you will see several items during your session that you may want to buy. GRACE would love for you to find that special piece to take home. In the case of 'example pieces' we will be running a reservation system which will ensure that items remain part of the demonstration rail until after the event so that all participants experience the event fully. Should several participants wish to purchase the same item, we will select a name from a hat to determine who has first refusal.

Will it be possible to try items on? If you are one of our regular customers, you’ll know that GRACE does not have changing facilities. However, for the Styled with GRACE event, we are hoping to offer a private changing space in the Book Nook area of the shop for those keen to try things on.
